Cold Laser Therapy

  • Provides an alternative option for those who are adverse to needles since it does not penetrate the skin.
  • Good for reducing pain, swelling, chronic inflammation, muscle and joint aches, and promote collagen building and speeding up soft tissue recovery.

The apparatus adopts the principle of modern infrared light treatment, combined with the theory of acupuncture and moxibustion of traditional Chinese medicine, the original light acupuncture and light circulation therapy, only to provide you the most effective therapy to alleviate your pain.

Infrared Sauna

  • Infrared Sauna is great for recovering from post-massage soreness, exercise soreness, aching joints, arthritis, symptoms of colds, increasing perspiration, improve cardiovascular health, pain relief, relaxation, improve sleep, reduce oxidative stress, reduce mental stress.
  • Red light therapy focuses on using very specific wavelengths, frequently around ~660 nanometers (nm) and 850 nm. That 660 nm is found in the red part of the light spectrum while 850 is infrared. Infrared saunas, on the other hand, almost always emit wavelengths of 1,000 nanometers up until 1 million part.

Blood pressure, heart rate, and health history will be checked for eligibility.

  • Therapists reserve the right to reject or turn away patients who are not eligible for infrared treatment
  • Please bring your own appropriate clothing, whether it’s a sports bra, swim shorts, personal towels, or hygiene products to use during the sauna session. Please do not wear strong scents
  • Do not fall asleep during the sauna session
  • Water can be provided upon request

After your session:

  • Do not jump in the shower right away (showers are currently unavailable). Sit inside with door cracked open for about 10 minutes to cool down. Wipe off your sweat with a small towel (provided) 
  • Turn off the sauna and crack open the door to cool down for 10 minutes, then wipe off your sweat with a small towel
  • If you feel dizzy after your session, please remain in the waiting area for at least 15 minutes before your leave

Do not use the infrared sauna if:

  • You have multiple sclerosis.
  • You’re pregnant. Sauna use, especially early in pregnancy, can be harmful to your fetus and may cause birth defects, according to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
  • You’re trying to conceive. Heat is not good for sperm health.
  • You’re sick. Wait until you feel better for your sweat session.
