Cancellation Policy
- 24 hour cancellation fee applies prior a day before your treatment (eg. If your treatment starts at 12:00PM the next day, and if you must cancel or reschedule, do so before 12:00PM today), otherwise you will be charged a penalty
- If you cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of your missed appointment
- If you did not notify us after your appointment time starts (by call or email), you will be charged 100% of your missed appointment
- Rescheduling prior to 24 hours is an effective way to ensure you have the next treatment time slot, as well as avoiding penalty charges. It also frees up that time so others may book during that slot

ICBC
As of April 1st 2019, ICBC automatically covers 12 acupuncture treatments within 12 weeks of the date of the motor vehicle accident causing the injury. As of April 1st 2020, ICBC will pay full for the initial treatment and will cover all follow-up treatments. If you still need further treatments, an extension may be applied through ICBC.
